here y2=-7 and y1=-1

x2=-3 and x1=6

Applying formula ((y2-y1)/(x2-x1))=((y-y1)/(x-x1))

((-7+1)/(-3-6))=((y+1)/(x-6))

implies (6/9)=((y+1)/(x-6))

implies 6x-36=9y+9

implies 6x-9y=45 is the required equation.
