Let the vertices of the right isosceles triangle be A(0,0),B(5,5),C(-5,5)

AB=25+25

​=50

BC=(5+5)2+(5−5)2

​=100

​=10

AC=(−5−0)2+(5−0)2

​=50

∴AB=AC=50

∴ △ABC is an isosceles right angled

Also, AB2+AC2=BC2

⇒50+50=100
