The fundamental rights under the Constitution of India provides every citizens with certain basic human rights irrespective of their gender, religion,caste or creed.

Inalienable right refers to those rights which cannot be sold, surrendered or transferred to someone else. For example

Right to equality ,freedom , religion,education,culture, constitutional remedies and Right against exploitation

Alienable rights refers to those rights which can be taken away or transferred. For example Right of ownership of a property
