Give time to them to learn , if someone answers wrong don't be angry and correct them.
Always ask if they understood.
Don't let the class be boring , and always cheer them up .
Also you can held some poetry recetation , story writing to encourage them .
Always help them and take proper care if they are not feeling well.
Give the love of a mother to them .
Use smart boards for gaining their interests.
