Consider two perticles A and B having equal charges and placed at some distance. The particle A is slightly displaced towards B. Does the force on particle B increase as soon as the particle A is displaced ? Does the force on particle A increase as soon as it is displaced?

Yes definitely the forces on the two charges will increase if the charges are stationary.(regardless of the polarity of the charges)....As per Coulomb’s law:-
ΙFΙ=K Ι(q1*q2)÷d²Ι

yes the force on the particle be increases as soon as particle is displaced as this as there is difference in the distance from initial positions due to which force is effective and when the distance is decrease the force between the two charged particle increases as according to the Coulomb's law .
