Constitution ensures the balance of power between different organs of government. Explain the statement.

a. Indian constitution has ensured that there is a proper balance of power maintained between the three organs of the government.
b. It is ensured that there is clear separation of power   among the different organs of the government that is the Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary
c.​. Under this arrangement powers, jurisdiction of each organ is clearly defined.
d. However to ensure that each organ works within the provision of the constitution and does not misuse power, there is a system of  checks and balances where each organ keeps an eye on the functioning of another organ.
e. We may give example of how executive in our country emerges from the legislature and is accountable and answerable to it.

The constitution is a booklet that contains all the rules of the land,the constitution has helped in bring understanding among the citizens in a state .The constitution have divided all the functions in all sectors of government.The constitution dictates what is to be done by which arm of government and what not to be done. Through this the state is stable and confusion is avoided hence creating peace and time to grow the economy.
