Construct a histogram from the following data.
\begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|}Marks & 0-10 & 10-20 & 20-30 & 30-40 & 40-50 \\\begin{tabular}[c]{@{}c@{}}No. of \\ Student\end{tabular} & 5 & 30 & 25 & 40 & 30\end{tabular}

Histogram Representation :-

When there are no gaps between consecutive rectangles, then the resultant graph appears same as a solid figure. This is called a histogram, which is a graphical representation of a grouped frequency distribution with continuous classes. Also, unlike a bar graph, the width of the bar matters a lot in the construction. And, areas of rectangles erected are proportional to the corresponding frequencies.

Histogram is a form of representation same as bar graph, but it is used for the continuous class intervals.

\textbf{\underline{Step-by-step explanation :- }}

\begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|}Marks & 0-10 & 10-20 & 20-30 & 30-40 & 40-50 \\\begin{tabular}[c]{@{}c@{}}No. of \\ Student\end{tabular} & 5 & 30 & 25 & 40 & 30\end{tabular}

We will take marks on the X - axis and Number of students at Y - axis.

Since the table is continuous so the graph has been drawn accordingly.

What is a Histogram?

Histogram is the bar graph which is collection of data represents in the form of bars of different frequencies.
