First you have to draw a line segment of 6.7 cm.and then again measure the same line segment at the measurements of 3.5 cm and point the place where 3.5 cm cuts off.Then measure the remaining segment.

You will find that the remaining segment is 3.2 cm .

Hence, it is verified that AC+CB=AB.

I hope that it will satisfy you.

IT IS WELL VERIFIED ANSWER

CONSTRUCTION:

1. Draw a line 6.7 naming AB

2. CUt the part in AC from AB which measure

3.5 cm

Explanation:

So BC will be 3.2 .

You think how because in your question it is give the ra.ining part there is 3.5 .So we will subtract 6.7-3.5= 3.2

Solution:

AC+CB=AB

3.2+3.5 =6.7

6.7=6.7
