Sol:-by the construction of tangents to a circle PQ and PR
=let centre be O and the distance from OP is 8cm
=radius QO and RO is 4cm
from the ∆POR
OR^2+PR^2=OP^2(by pathagorus theorem)
(4)^2+PR^2=(8)^2
16+PR^2=64
64-16=PR^2
48=PR^2
PR=√48cm
therefore PR=PQ=√48cm
=let centre be O and the distance from OP is 8cm

PR=√48cm
therefore PR=PQ=√48cm
