Steps of construction.

Made line AB of 4 cm.

After making line made 60°angle at point A.

Now from point B made 180° - 60° = 120° angle because angle B is co - interior angle of angle A.

Now, BC is given 3 cm so from point B and BC as radius mark point C on line made on angle B.

Same as above mark D on line made on angle A with same radius because opposite sides of parallelogram are equal.

Join D to C.

ABCD is required parallelogram.
