Step-by-step explanation:

Name the quadrilateral as ABCD.

Let base be 5cm which is the line segment AB.

So the line segment CD is also equal to 5cm.

Let the diagonals be O.

Each diagonals divides to other into two equal halves.

Let the line segment AC be 6cm and the line segment BD be 6.5cm.

So the line segment AO and OC =3cm each and the line segment BO and OD = 3.25cm each.

With A as centre and radius 3cm draw an arc.

With B as centre and radius 3.25cm draw an arc

And cut the previously drawn arc at O.(the meeting point of diagonals)

Extent both the line segments AO and BO to E and F respectively.

With O as centre and radius 3cm draw an arc and cut the line segments OE at C.

With O as centre and radius 3.25cm draw an arc and cut the line segments OF at D.

Join the points and mark the measurements.

This is the required parallelogram ABCD.

Hope this helps you.
