first you have to name this parallegram ABCD
WITH A as centre and make angle 70 degree
with again A as centre and radius of compass =4.6 like that all angles you have to make
I understood how you draw it but according to condition We also have use compass and make arcs and you hv just drawn it with scale and protactor
by compass we can't make the angle of 70 dgree and 110 dgree
we have to only use compass for making side
You r not understanding my point i wanna say that make the line 4.6 with arc of compass .. ....

we have to take compass on point A and radius of compass should be 4.6 cm and have to mark arc and join the point A and the arc
