step 2: draw 2 arcs c and d from point A of 7.3 cm and 6.5 respectively

step 3: draw an arc from point B intersecting the arc d at D of lenth 7 cm..

step 4: from point D draw another arc of 5 cm intersecting the arc c at C of length 5 cm
