Take AB=3.8cm

Now BC=3cm and AC=4.5cm

so

put ur compass nib on point B, take 3cm and draw an arc.(on the right side)

next put the nib on point A, take 4.5cm and draw another arc which should bisect the arc which u have drawn first.(on the right side)

u got ur point C. now join AC and BC

Then AD=2.3cm and BD=3.8cm

put ur compass nib on point A, take 2.3cm and draw an arc to the left side.

again put ur compass nib on point B, take 3.8cm and draw an arc to the left side which must bisect the another arc that u have drawn in the left side.

U got point D. now join everything and measure CD
