Given:

PQ = 3cm

QR = 2.5cm

PS =3.5cm

PR = 4cm

QS = 5cm

To find:

We need to construct the Quadrilateral PQRS from the given points.

Constructions:

  1. First construct PQ = 3cm.
  2. Now, taking P as center, construct the arc 4cm radius on right side and name the arc as R.
  3. Take Q as center, construct the arc 2.5cm radius, which meets the previous arc at R.
  4. Now join PQ and QR.
  5. Again take P as center, construct the arc 3.5cm radius on left side and name the arc as S.
  6. Take Q as center, construct the arc 5cm radius , which meets the previous arc at S.
  7. Now join PS, QS and SR.

Therefore, PQRS is the required quadrilateral.
