Solution:

Prepare a compass and a ruler.

Steps:

1. Draw a line segment using a ruler, mark it line m.

2. Mark point R to any point on the line segment.

3. Open your compass and measure 5.6 with a ruler

4. Mark it to the point R and make an arc and mark it point E.

5. From point R, then construct a diagonal with the measure of 8cm, and make a bigger arc.

6. From point E, measure 5cm with a ruler and use your compass to make an arc with the intersection of the bigger arc from step 5.

7. From point R, measure a 4.4cm with ruler and compass and make bigger arc.

8. Lastly, from point N, with a compass and ruler, make a 6.2 cm. And make an arc with the intersection of the bigger arc from point R and name it point T.
