2) from point R measure 4.9cmand cut an arc .from point S measure 3.4cm and cut an arc and mention as point P
3) from point R cut an arc of 3.8cm .from point P cut an arc of 3cm.mention as Q
4)join all the point and you'll get your required quadrilateral
