With A as centre and 5.8 cm radius draw an arc.

With B as centre and 5.5 cm as radius drawn another arc to intersect the above at C.

Join AC and BC.

With B as centre and 5 cm as radius drawn an arc.

With C as centre and 4.5 cm as radius draw another arc to intersect the above at D.

Join CD,BD and AD.

Hence, ABCD is the required quadrilateral in the above drawn figure.
