Make a line segment GO=8 Cm (With scale)
Construct an angle of 90° on point G(With compass)
Cut and arc of 5 Cm at G and mark the new point as D
From point D again draw a perpendicular . {with compass)
Now cut an arc of 8 Cm and mark new point as L
Join L and O.
The Figure Thus obtained is the required rectangle .
