We know that, in rectangle the measure of each angle is 90° and diagonals are equal.

Draw a line segment PQ=6 cm

Draw an angle of 90° at point P and Q

Take P and Q as center with radius 6.2cm and draw an arc on opposite perpendicular. We will get points R and S

Join PR,QS and RS.

PQRS is required rectangle.
