Draw a line CR of 4.8 cm
Construct a perpendicular bisector for CR
Take radius as 3 cm and draw an arc cutting the bisector from the centre
Draw another arc of 3cm cutting the bisector down
Mark the points as A and D
Join the sides
CART is the required rhombus
