•from B draw an angle of 30° and extend it and name the ray as BX
•from B mark an arc at a distance of 3cm on ray BX and name the point obtained as Y
•join Y and C.
•draw the perpendicular bisector of YC.
•extend it so that it will meet on ray BX and name that point as A
•Join ABC
