➤ Correct Question :-
Construct a ∆PQR in which PQ = 7 cm, ∠P = 60° and ∠Q = 90°.
Steps :-
- First, draw a line segment PQ of 7 cm.
- Next, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point P and draw a ray measuring 60°.
- Again, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point Q and draw a ray measuring 90°.
- Join both the rays at a point. If they don't meet, extend the rays. The point where both the rays meets is named as point R.
- Finally, the triangle is constructed.
Instruments used :-
- Ruler :- The ruler is used to draw the line segments of accurate measurements and also the drawn lines should be straight.
- Protractor :- The protractor is used to draw the rays of accurate measurements of degrees. It's also used to measure the angles given.
