1. Draw a line segment BC=8cm.
2. At B construct angle XBC=45°.
3. With B as centre and radius = 3.5cm Draw an arc on BX and mark that point as Y.
4. Join YC.
5. Draw the perpendicular bisector of YC which cuts BX and mark that point as A.
6. Join AC.
7. ABC is the required Triangle in which BC=8cm, angle B=45° and AB-AC= 3.5cm.
