Answer:

A line segment AB of length 5.8 cm is drawn 2) Angle BAD =105° is drawn with the help of a ruler and a compass.. 3) AC the bisector of angle BAD is drawn. Now angle CAB = angle CAD=52.5° 4) Angle ABC=angle CAB is drawn. 5)ABC triangle formed becomes required triangle as angle ACB=75° and AB=5.8cm.Read more on Sarthaks.com - https://www.sarthaks.com/248912/construct-a-isosceles-triangle-with-base-5-8-cm-and-verticle-angle-is-75-degree

Answer:

Let consider an isosceles triangle ABC,

It is given that, base is 6 cm and whose Vertical angle is 72 degree

Let vertical angle be A = 72 and base BC = 6cm

Base angles, <B and <C are equal

Therefore sum of base angle = 180 - 72 = 108

<B = <C = 108/2 = 54°

Construction of triangle ABC

Step 1: Draw a line segment say BC = 6cm

Step 2: From B draw line BX making angle 54° with BC

Step 3: From C draw line CY making angle 54° with BC

Step 4: Mark the point of intersection of BX and CY as A

So triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle whose base is 6 cm and whose Vertical angle is 72 degree
