First construct the bas that is BC =4.5 cm .. thenone any one point that is B or C make an angle of 65.. by bisecting 90degree then bisecting 90 and 45which will gibe 65

Steps of construction
i.)Draw a line BC=4.5cm
ii.)Draw∠ABC=65° with a protractor and extend it to X.
iii.)Draw∠ACB=65° with a protractor and extend it to Y.
iv.)Mark a point A where BX and CY meet.
v.)Then,ΔABC is the required isoceles Δ.
