Answer:

\Large{\underline{\underline{\tt{\purple{Hello !!}}}}}

\Large{\Figure{\Figure{\tt{\purple{Equilateral triangle}}}}}

Steps of Construction:

1. Draw a line l.

2. Mark any point D on the line l.

3. At point D , draw

DX ⊥l with the help of ruler and compass and cut DA = 3.2cm on

DX .

4. At the point A , construct AB and AC which meets the l at points B and C respectively such that ∠ DAB = 30 ∘ and ∠ DAC = 30 ∘.

To make 30∘ at A take some radius in compass and make arc with A with center. Place compass at point of intersection of arc and AD and make an arc on both sides which will meet original arc at two points. Now take another radius and make arcs from these two points and from point of intersection on line AD. Which will produce two new points. Join them with A to get lines AB and AC

Then Δ ABC is the required equilateral triangle because

∠ ABC = 180 ∘ −(90 ∘ +30 ∘ )=60 ∘

∠ ACB = 180 ∘ −(90 ∘ +30 ∘ )=60 ∘

And ∠ BAC = 30 ∘ +30 ∘ =60 ∘ .
