Construct ΔPQR in which QR = 3.6 cm , PQ + PR = 4.8 cm and < Q = 60⁰​

  2. At point Q, draw an angle of 60° say angle YQR and extend the line QR to Z in the opposite side.
  3. Now, take length of 3.5 cm in your compass and cut a line segment on QZ. Label as S.
  4. Join SR.
  5. Now, draw a perpendicular bisector AB of line segment SR. It will be intersect QY at a point P.
  6. Join PQ as well as PR.
  7. Mark the measurements carefully

Now, at least we have got our required ∆PQR.
