Step 1: Draw a base of 6.5 cm

Step 2: From vertex B cut an arc of 4.5 cm.

Step 3: From vertex C draw 60 degree with the help of protactor

Step 4: The extended line and arc gets coincides at point A.

and your triangle is formed.

The triangle mentioned I'd actually impossible. If you draw BC=6.5 cm and draw a 60° angle from C, and then take radius 4.5 cm from point B, you will realise that BC is too short and hence construction not possible.

It is very likely that there's a typing mistake, it should be angle ABC and not ACB. I had this question in my ULike Sample Paper and I figured it out.
