step 2 :- draw a line segment from the centre of circle of that circle of 6 cm and mark a point x on it.
step 3 :- draw a perpendicular bisector of the line segment from r to x
step 4 :- the perpendicular bisector bisects line segment at a point p on line from r to x.
step 5 :- draw a circle from p.
step6 :- the line where circle cuts on the circle C(r,n)
step 7 :- joins po8nt p and the point on c(r n)
