with A as centre draw an arc of any measure on compass
now name the point on Line 'C'
with same measurement on compass
cut an arc with C as centre and name it D
with D as centre draw an arc lying on the previous arc
name it E .
now with E as centre cut an arc just above same with D as center now join the line
now 90° is made all we had to do is bisect it ..
