If it were me, I would take either lemon water or ACV water in the morning with some cayenne pepper. I would take a turmeric and ginger shot (with a tiny bit of black pepper) sometime during the day, and maybe have a cup or two of mint and rosemary tea throughout the day. I would eat the garlic in a meal - waiting to add it at the end of any cooking so it’s still raw. Taking everything at once may detract from the individual medicinal components of each herb, and flavour wise, it doesn’t sound like a good combo.
