The female has XX

from the XY(male) One of the XY chromosome fuse with X chromosome(female)

The sex of a baby be determined by ultrasonography or by Fusion of Gametes .

A male contains X and Y gamete .
A Female contains X and Y gamete .

When X fuses with X gamete results in Female .
When Y fuses with X gamete results in Male .
