Hey here is your answer friend

Heart of human = It is a pumping organ that pumps out the blood into the blood vessels. It is situated between the middle of lungs slightly tilted towards left.Human heart is four chambered.
Functions = It prevents mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.
It helps in pumping of blood .
It converts deoxygenated blood to oxygenated blood.
Work = Left atrium receives oxygenated blood from lungs via pulmonary vein .deoxygenated blood enters right atrium .Deoxygenated blood thus enters in it,which inturn is pumped to lungs for oxygenation.
see the pic in this working is clear

hey!!

here is ur answer!!

Question 1 : Heart of a Human

The heart is right  in centre between the two lungs and above the diaphragm. The human heart in adult is about 12 cm in length and 9 cm in breadth. It is protected by a membranous covering called pericardium therefore containing pericardial fluid which protects it from mechanical injuries.

The heart consist of four chambers two upper arita or auricals  and two lower ventricles.

Question 2 : Functions of heart

The arteries carry blood from the heart to different organs of the body.

The veins carry blood from different organs of he body to the heart.

In human heart blood can not flow from auricle to auricle or from ventricle to ventricle because of the presence of a muscular wall(septum) which separates left side of the heart from the right side.

Therefore we can say the flow of blood in heart is unidirectional.

Question 3. WORKING OF HEART

Working of heart is consist of two process that is blood vessels entering the heart and blood vessels leaving the heart.

BLOOD VESSELS ENTERING THE HEART

As we all  know the right atrium or auricle receives anterior vena cava and posterior vena cava.

1)Anterior Vena Cava : they are also known as superior vena cava which brings the deoxygenated blood from the above anterior part of the body including chest, head and arms.

2)Posterior Vena cava :They are also known as inferior vena cava .They brings blood from posterior or the lower region of the body including Abdomen and legs.

The pulmonary veins received by left artrium brings the oxygenated blood.

BLOOD VESSELS LEAVING THE HEART

As we all know to large blood vessels arises from the ventricles the pulmonary artery and the aorta.

1)the pulmonary artery carries the deoxygenated blood to the lungs for oxygenation.

2)The aorta arises from the left ventricle carries oxygenated blood to supply it to all the parts of the body..

In human body, the blood is circulated bu the pumping action of the heart. The auricle and ventricles contract and relax rhythmically to make the blood flow.
