A Lemon Soda is prepared by Carbonated water, Lemon and lot of Salt. I tried to do an experiment, I thought to heat the solution and when heated, salt stays and water evaporates. What happens to Lemon ? Does it the vessel get loosened for heating Lemon ?
My dad told it will get poisened. Explain.

When you mix lemon juice and water it turns into a saturated solution. Due to this particles cannot be separated and cannot be dissolved further. When salt is added to a saturated solution it stays as a precipitate and doesn't get dissolved. Hence salt stays and while heating lemon water gets evaporated. Your dad is wrong about it being poisoned.
