Mr boss gave 2/3 of his money to his wife. His wife gave 3/4 of her money to her daughter. Two thirds of the daughter's money was stolen and she was left with rs30,000. How much money did Mr bose have?

Let the boss's total money be x.

As per the question,

He gave his wife = 2/3 of x = 2x/3.
His wife gave to her daughter=3/4 of 2x/3.
=3/4*2x/3.
=x/2.
Money stolen= 2/3 of x/2.
=2/3*x/2.
=x/3.

Money left=x/2-x/3.
=x/6.
Also money left=30,000.
So, x/6=30000.
=>x=30000×6.
=>x=1,80,000Rs.

Mr.boss had 180000Rs.
