(1). Nervous system :- The autonomic nervous system regulates certain body processes, such as blood pressure and the rate of breathing, that work without conscious effort, according to Merck Manuals. The somatic system consists of nerves that connect the brain and spinal cord with muscles and sensory receptors in the skin.

(2). Voluntary Action :- This action is under the control of the will thus is known as a voluntary action. For example- Breathing. Involuntary action takes total control without your own conscious.

(3). Involuntary Action :- An involuntary action is one which occurs without the conscious choice of an organism. If it occurs specifically in response to a stimulus, it will be known as a reflex. Involuntary actions are opposite of voluntary actions that occur because of choice.

(4). Reflex action :- A reflex action is an automatic , rapid response to the stimulus. i.e coughing, sneezing, blinking of eyes, etc. It protects the body from damage and does not involve conscious thought. In reflex action , the message is passed straight to the motor neurones through a relay neurones. They r controlled by spinal cord.

Hormones assist in the coordination of chemical processes in animals. Endocrine system glands secrete hormones, which are chemical fluids. Animal growth and development are controlled by hormones.
