Patient : No, It's just a feeling of wanting to be sick.

Doctor : How long have you been feeling like this ?

Patient : For about a week.

Doctor : Will you take your shirt off and lie down on the table, please ?

Patient : Yes, you don't think it's anything serious, do you ?

Doctor : Yes you are right it is not serious it is season change problem.
