Dad- Hey you get up early tomorrow or we are going to get late for our flight
Son - Yeah,I will try... I have got the alarm on loud and clear
Dad - You better.... son i gotta talk to you about this daily nagging

Dad - No! this is real important..you are not a kid anymore.

Dad- Listen sonny,early to bed early to rise is what I follow... early bird gets the worm is also what I do...
There are so many good things about getting up early
•It gives you a fresh kinda feeling
•Gives you time for other stuff like yoga
•Time for adoring nature and an amazing start
•Time for breakfast..you chew slow and good..
