Answers
Thomas Agonyo: Who put these drums here?
Sunday Nana: I don’t know, many years ago big lorries came and dumped these drums here! Is anything serious matter?
Thomas Agonyo: Yes, there are dangerous chemicals in these drums that are fatal for human and animal life. Mere touching them can cause death!
Sunday Nana: I think these drums came from Italy. Our village chief accepted some bribe to allow those people to keep these drums here.
Thomas Agonyo: All the unnatural deaths in this village happened because of these drums. Now, all the villagers will have to shift from here.
Sunday Nana: Oh my God! But we don’t have any money to buy land for our homes anywhere else.
Thomas Agonyo: We will have to take Government’s help. We will write a letter to the Government.
Sunday Nana: Will Government help? We have requested it to remove these drums from here; but no action was taken.
Thomas Agonyo: I think now it will help.
