conversation between two friend about should english speaking compulsory in school

F1-Hello F2 ,can we have a discussion on English speaking to be made compulsory in school or not
F2-yah! sure that's an interesting topic to be talked about. According to me it should be made compulsory..... what you want to say about it?
F1- I don't think it should be compulsory bcoz by making it compulsory we might ignore our Matra bhasha Hindi...after all we can't study Hindi subject in English
F2- But with the ever growing education system in India if this is made compulsory then that will benefit students only!and speaking in English even shows our standard !
F1- Dear friend u are wrong u can't measure ones standard with English speaking concept.And by this what do you want to say those who don't speak in English doesn't have a good standard?? Does speaking in Hindi make u feel small.I am not against English language but if it's made compulsory Hindi will be ignored.hindi speakers will be ignored and again discrimination against language will occur and will divide India into parts again....remember one thing nor everybody able to attend school.so I will conclude by saying it should not be made compulsory.
