m/kg2 in cgs = cm / g2
1 M = 100 cm
1kg2 = 10^6 g2

M/kg2= 100cm/1000000g2
M/kg2 = cm/g2 * 10^-4
30m/kg2 = 30*10-4 cm/g2
=0.003cm/g2

1m =100cm
1kg = 1000g
so kg^2 =10^6 g^2
1m/kg^2={100cm/(1000g×1000g)}
=10^-4cm/g^2
therefore 30 m/kg^2 = 30 × 10^-4 =3 × 10^-3cm/g^2
