.°. velocity (v) = s/t

= 10/30

= 0.3333 cm/s

Now, force (f) = ma = m*v/t

f = 100*0.3333/30

f = 1.111 N

we have,

Work done = Force * distance

W = f*s

W = 1.111* 10

W = 11.11 g cm² /s²
