Let This be x.
→x=1.234234234234... →(1)

Multiplying both sides by 1000...
→1000x=1234.234234234... →(2)

Substracting (1) from (2)

→1000x-x=1234.234234... -1.234234234...

→999x=122
→x=122/999

So 122/999 is your answer... Which is in p/q form...
