Anyway I'll give you an example :

If u want to convert a number into mixed fraction, say 5/2,

Divide 5 by 2,

then you will get quotient 2 and remainder 1.

So,

Dividend = 5

Divisor = 2

Quotient = 2

and Remainder = 1

Now, write like this,

quotient × remainder/divisor

i.e.

2½

This is the required mixed fraction.
