 \frac{5}{ {p}^{2} }  +  \frac{3}{p}  +  \frac{1}{2} = 0  \\  \frac{(5 + 3p +  {p}^{2}) }{ {p}^{2} }  = 0
now p square goes to zero
so the polynomial is written as
 {p}^{2}  + 3p + 5 = 0
is the answer
