y = x + 5 is a linear equation of two variables where x and y are variables and 5 is constant terms.

put x = 0
y = 0 + 5 => y = 5
so, (0, 5) is a solution of y = x + 5

put x = 1
y = 1 + 5 => y = 6
so, (1, 6) is a solution of y = x + 5

put x = 2
y = 2 + 5 => y = 7
so, (2, 7) is a solution of y = x + 5

put x = -1
y = -1 + 5 => y = 4
so, (-1, 4) is a solution of y = x + 5

put x = -2
y = -2 + 5 => y = 3
so, (-2, 3) is a solution of y = x + 5

now, see figure. here all the given points are shown in a line . this line is graph of y = x + 5.

Answer:

I think same as above my answer is also same

by taking values in y

y=x+5

y=x+5=0

:. y=5=x

5-y=x

is so better
