Coromandel coast gets most of its rain during the winter,why?

The coramandel coast receives rain from the north west monsoon.. from tge bay og bengal The winds blow from land to sea and this rain is accompanied with lightening and thunderstorms...

The coromandal coast gets rain because of the low pressure conditions in the bay of Bengal... The north east trade winds arrive during the time
