Answer :-

____________________________

To find the value of : cos²60° - 2sin²45° + 5sin0° + 4cos0°

Salutation :-

cos²60° - 2sin²45° + 5sin0° + 4cos0°

= ( 1 / 2 )² - 2 × ( 1 / √2 )² + 5 × 0 + 4 × 1

= 1 / 4 - 2 × ( 1 / 2 ) + 0 + 4

= 1 / 4 - 1 + 4

= ( 1 - 4 + 16 ) / 4

= 13 / 4 [ ★ Required answer ]

[ • Side Note ]

cos60° = 1 / 2

sin45° = 1 / √2
