 \frac{cos \theta}{1 - sin \theta}  \\  =  \frac{cos \theta}{1 - sin \theta}  \times  \frac{1 + sin \theta}{1 + sin \theta}  \\  =  \frac{cos \theta(1 + sin \theta)}{1 -  {sin}^{2}  \theta}  \\  =  \frac{cos \theta(1 + sin \theta)}{ {cos}^{2}  \theta}  \\ =   \frac{1 + sin \theta}{cos \theta}
